As an Operations Manager you will be required to take complete responsibility of the service function of the company. You will primarily be responsible for managing the Operations of the Indian company and lead the Admin, Finance and HR department. You will manage, mentor Human Resource and devise innovative plans to boost morale of the company.

Colayer has its head quarters in Zurich, Switzerland (Colayer GmbH) and its development center in India (Colayer Web Conversations Pvt. Ltd.)

What you would do for us:
-	Keep the management up-to-date about Finances of the company
-	Create quarterly budgets
-	Devise, initiate & Implement effective HR policies
-	Drive support functions like (HR, Admin, Systems)

What you have:
-	MBA (Finance & HR) or M.Com from a reputed institute
-	4 to 10 years exp in an IT or services firm
-	Proven track record in managing finance, accounts & people - 1 to 2 yrs in effectively managing human resources
-	Exposure to International finance (European) is desirable
